Argentinian BBQ Chimichurri Sauce
It's roots in South American BBQ, more spec
ifically Argentinian cuisine, this accompaniment to your grilled or smoked beef, lamb or shrimp is amazing. Here is a classic and simple recipe. Chimichurri Sauce 1 cup packed flat leaf parsley 2 T red wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 cup EV olive oil In food processor, pulse parsley, garlic, vinegar and seasonings until coarsely chopped. Add olive oil and pulse 5 or 6 times to incorporate. (Don't over process!) Serve as condiment over your grilled beef, lamb or shrimp seasoned with RRR Meat Mix!
