Amazing & Simple East Carolina Vinegar Sauce

This sauce is becoming one of our favorites for pork, light colored fish, shrimp, chicken, etc. So tangy, sweet and savory. You won't believe how it is on a pulled pork sammy! Let us know what you think.
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup agave nectar
1 T red chile flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Heat in saucepan on medium low, stirring till all is dissolved and combined. Let cool. This recipe fits perfectly into a 16 oz mason jar. Refrigerate for up to 90 days. Simply fantastic on pork, chicken, fish, shrimp, wild game.
